Ceramic Fiber Board

Ceramic Fiber Board

INSULFIRE vacuum forming ceramic fiber board made of  Insulfire ceramic fiber with a small amount of binder through vacuum forming technique with good mechanical strength even after heating with several grades of 1000 ℃, 1260 ℃, 1400 ℃, 1500 ℃, 1600 ℃, 1700 ℃, 1800 ℃. INSULFIRE vacuum forming ceramic fiber board with high strength and resistance to airflow erosion can be directly used as hot surface furnace lining materials.INSULFIRE Hydrophobic vacuum forming ceramic fiber board after special process treatment with good hydrophobic performance in the construction process and high moisture conditions.INSULFIRE inorganic boards are made of Insulfire ceramic fiber and inorganic binder by vacuum forming technique which does not contain organic matters and has no pollution gas volatilization when used at high temperature.

Characteristics

  • Smooth surface, identical bulk density and thickness
  • Low impurity content, Superior mechanical and structural strength
  • Low thermal conductivity, Low shrinkage
  • Resistance to airflow erosion, Excellent high temperature strength and thermal stability
