Insulating Firebrick
Insulating Firebrick
Insulfire light weight insulating firebricks are made of high-purity fire-resistant clay and alumina as raw materials with appropriate amount of organic fillers which will be burned in the production process and forming the uniform pore structure, the amount of Aluminum Oxide added increased with the levels of different temperature grades.Insulfire light weight insulating firebricks with advantages of light weight, small heat storage, high porosity, even porosity and excellent heat insulation effect are suitable for the temperature range of 900-1550 ℃. ‘Insulfire light weight insulating firebricks adopts ASTM standard, AB series made from Alumina hollow ball, Alumina powder and composite binder are formed by vibration molding and high-temperature firing with excellent high temperature performance and can be used safely at 1550 ℃.
Characteristics
- Low thermal conductivity and excellent heat insulation make the thickness of furnace wall thinner
- Low heat capacity, light weight and low thermal conductivity, small heat storage in the brick, energy saving effect is very obvious in the intermittent working kiln
- Accurate overall dimension, High precise processing, Consistent masonry brick joints
